Bike Audit - 21 Mar 19

A bike audit will be conducted during April to ensure that bicycles at GPR are not abandoned and are properly stored.

Car Park Clean - 21 Feb 19

Maiden Cleaning Group will clean the car parks on 5th March 2019. Residents are requested to ensure that any belongings are properly stored before this date.

Fire Hazard Removal - 28 Sep 18

ACT Fire and Rescue Services has inspected the GPR complex and requires all items stored outside of an allocated storage space to be removed by 12 Oct 18.

Window Cleaning - 5 Feb 19

RIGCOM will be cleaning all external windows and glass balustrades over a two week period commencing 15th February 2019.

Pest Control - 23 Oct 18

Please be advised that Hart Pest Control will be undertaking a pest control service to the common areas on Monday, 5th November. Residents are advised to close all external windows and doors, and to avoid contact with treated areas until the insecticide has dried.

Gardening Sub-Committee - 28 Sep 18

The Executive Committee is seeking expressions of interest for residents wishing to assist with potential garden upgrades.

Road Closure - 28 Aug 18

To enable solar panels to be located on the roof of GPRs, a crane will block the front access driveway between 7am and 3pm.

Driveway Repair Works - 17 Jul 18

Please be advised that there will be temporary road closures to the entrance/drive of Glebe Park Residences on Wednesday 18th July from 9am to 5pm, while asphalt repairs and curb repairs are undertaken.

Assignment of New Strata Manager - 12 Jan 17

Independent Strata Management advise that Darren Bruno will take over as the strata manager for the GPR complex.
