The Common Areas of the Glebe Park Residences include:

• The first floor foyers to A, B, C and D Blocks.

• The lifts and the corridors leading to apartments.

• The pool, spa, gymnasium, barbeque and gardens at level 2.

• The outside visitor car parks, paths, planter boxes and gardens.

• The basement and first floor car parks.

The Building Manager will organise the cleaning and maintenance of these common areas. Residents are requested to notify the Building Manager if they find any dirty or damaged areas within the Common Areas that require attention.
