Point Facilities Solutions (PFS) act as the Building Manager for GPR. They are the first point of contact for issues relating to the following services:

• operational management of the building and its facilities,

• repairs and maintenance of common property,

• liaise and supervise various contractors and suppliers, such as cleaning, window washing, gardening,

• lift operations,

• managing building security,

• waste management,

• internet and phone connections, and

• enforcing by-laws.
